Frequently Asked Questions

How does the online consultation work?

After booking, you will receive a WhatsApp or Google Meet link at your confirmed time. Join the call on your phone or computer. The doctor will consult and send a digital prescription via email within 1 hour.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Call or WhatsApp us at least 2 hours before the appointment. We will help you find another slot. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) are non-refundable.

Is my medical data private?

Yes. Your data is stored securely and used only for your treatment. It is never sold. It may be disclosed only if required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

bKash, Nagad, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of booking for online consultations. Chamber visits can be paid on arrival.

Can I get a prescription for a family member?

The patient themselves must join the consultation. For children under 12, a parent or guardian may be present and speak on their behalf.
